Group convo series to explore:
how to divest and decentre social media for the sake
of our relationships and quality of life.

Social media once used to feel fun, playful and connected. Now for so many of us, it feels energy sucking, laborious, frustrating and designed to be addictive.

Yet, we feel expectation, pressure and no choice but to stay on social media to maintain relationships with friends, and promote ourselves, creations and businesses.

But there must be other ways!

Let’s get together and explore the possibilities.

What’s involved in each session ticket:

  • The session: facilitated group conversation, somatic listening practices, self reflection, group reflection and resourcing sharing.

  • Session recording: so you can refer back, or watch after if you can’t attend live. It will be available for 1 month.

  • PDF of resources: after each session I will send a PDF with ideas, resources and tools shared.
