bed at night with our minds racing where we long to disappear into the forest because the pattern of rushing and disconnection
we’re in feels nearly impossible to shift.
We think a moment of pleasure is distracting and not worth it unless the conditions are perfect. We sneakily inherited the
collective mentality of ‘all or nothing’ when it comes to pleasure and embodiment. We believe that pleasure is like a switch,
we’re either distant from pleasure, or that pleasure can only be sexual pleasure and that is has to look and be a particular way.
We hold ourselves to the expectation and pressure of an unrealistically long sessions like a 1.5 hour sex or masturbation,
dancing, an exercise class, or a walk. Which ends up becoming stressful to schedule and challenging to commit to ongoing.
We forget what is supportive when we need it the most. In life, it can be hard to remember ourselves in times of intensity
and disconnection, and we have moments where your mind goes blank when we try to recall what is supportive and brings us
joy when we need it most. We’re often nearly asking ourselves ‘Who am I and what is my name?’
We’ve inherited this thinking and acting from a culture of fast pace and disconnection, but we have more choices
for pleasure when we pause, listen to ourselves, and remember.

How do I know if this is right for me? Micro Pleasures is for you when you mentally want to feel more pleasure in your life,
but don’t know how to easily do that. This is for you when you’re feeling all or nothing about your life and your pleasure, and
don’t know how to begin. This is for you when you feel like you have to be perfect in your actions to deserve pleasure. This is for
you if you have pleasure practices but want to deepen and expand them.
How long do I have access to this workshop? You can listen to this as many times as you want, repeatedly for two years.
Can you listen to the Rememberings offline? Yes! You can listen to the recordings offline, but you’re not able to download them.
Is there transcripts of the audio recordings? No there aren’t. I considered accessibility for the deaf community, but all my workshops

Are your products for all genders? Yes, all my work is gender inclusive and expansive, and I invite people of all genders to explore

Is this supportive for me if I experience trauma? My facilitation and work is trauma-informed and I'm a trained sexual violence counselor.
However, I'm not a therapist. While I don’t know your intimate experience, I believe Micro Pleasures is supportive for the majority of
people experiencing trauma, particularly if they’re resourced and having a support system such as a therapist too.
Is it possible to get a refund if I change my mind? There are no refunds on this product.
