One-off, deep dive, 1:1 sessions

 
 

Often we intellectually we know we want to feel, be and live differently but don’t know the practices and steps that work in our particular lives. So our Potency Session is focused on creating a supportive ecosystem of practices, resources and rituals for your pleasure.

For the sake of infusing more pleasure in your everyday life, body, and relationships.
For the sake of feeding your expanding pleasure spectrum and choices.
For the sake of you remembering to pause, listen, trust and invite more pleasure, more often.
For the sake of feeling more alive.

I wholeheartedly believe feeling pleasure more often begins with feeling supported and resourced to listen, trust and remember the possibilities and opportunities that have been there all along. Rather than the often alternatives of seeing our relationships with pleasure being a something to fix, problem-solve or pathologise. So, for that reason, our session is a hybrid of coaching and consulting to guide you deeper into your existing relationship with pleasure through this process:

  1. You do a reflective pre-questionnaire. Before our session, after booking, you do a reflective pre-questionnaire about your focus, needs, wants,
    hopes, and dampeners.

  2. I devotedly gather aligned practices, resources, and rituals specifically for you to remember your pleasure. Based on your pre-questionnaire,
    I prepare and gather aligned practice, resources and rituals for you. I come researched and ready with choices and options.

  3. We meet for our 75 minute recorded session to prioritise your pleasure. I offer you wholehearted presence and care as we explore your
    tailored practices, resources and rituals to ensure they feel aligned and supportive and do-able steps. You receive a recording so you can revisit
    and remember anytime.

  4. The outcome? You complete our session with a collection of practices, resources and rituals that feed your aliveness, guide you back to your self and
    pleasure. A collection of tools to feed your pleasure ecosystem for now and the future.

  5. A month later I email you to check how you’re going. This is a chance for you to share and ask any questions you may have after beginning to explore.

HOW DO I KNOW IF A POTENCY SESSION IS FOR ME? 

Over my 8 years of pleasure coaching, I’ve coached literally hundreds of people and have created a “methodology” in response to the reoccurring needs, wants, dampeners, and possibilities for pleasure I’ve witnessed. Here are some questions you might be asking that I can support you in through tailored practices, resources, and rituals.

  1. How do I feel more present in my sensations and feelings, when I'm “too much” in my thoughts?

  8. How do I prioritise my pleasure, while I have people pleasing and overgiving tendencies?

  9. How do I feel connected to my body when I experience body dysmorphia and/or gender dysphoria?

  10. How can I feel pleasure in life, even when I'm feeling stressed and overwhelmed?

  11. How do I feel pleasure and not disengage when more difficult feelings like sadness or anger appear too?

  12. How do I become confident to articulate my needs, desires, boundaries and fantasies?

  13. How do I slow down and savour pleasure more?
